Our 2011 Announcement to the fair citizens of the Milky Way Galaxy:

The First Transdimensional Bank and Church (FTB+C) extends a psychofinancial hand to facilitate any and all metafiscal rites of passage.

Our camp is home-made and hand-crafted to the greatest extent possible. At the core of our camp is our immersive sound and light Karmic Teller Machine (KTM). This year it will feature a whole new set of components and effects.

We will hold a Full Solar Salvation Music Series, afternoons at 4:33 pm. This curated concert series will bring together electronic musicians and explore experimental sound.

We will also offer Rites of Passage with our Full Solar Salvation Instruments. Their bent circuitry and solar panels transform light itself into an experience of aural and tactile communion with the sun. Our spiritual community will use these instruments to facilitate rites of passage with baptisms, confirmations, exorcisms, faith healings, weddings, annulments, revivals, and transsubstantiations.

We are also developing a program of street-theater evangelism, which will take the form of bicycle escorts. Our crackpot teams of missionaries will greet new arrivals as they pull through the gate, welcome them to Black Rock City, preach the Immanent Virtue of Driving Slowly, bring them the One True Gospel of Counterprofitability, escort them to their camps, and to guide them inappropriately toward the True Lightness of Spirit which is Burning Man.

Our 2010 Announcement:

This year, your fair Black Rock City celebrates it's city-ness with a Metropolis theme. But we ask, what is it that truly makes a city? A bunch of beings, living near each other? Or the networks they form, the relationships they develop... the SERVICES they require?

For a third year, FTB+C brings you services not found anywhere else, unique services that a unique city with unique citizens requires - nay, demands! We have searched deep into our collective sense of civic duty to bring you daily union ceremonies, sock puppet therapy sessions, the Full Solar Salvation music series, and as always, the Karmic Teller Machine, newly equipped with a towering Jacob's Ladder for maximum uncertainty.

Please find us in our usual 'hood, on or near the 3:00 Plaza. And as always, don't forget to check your balance!

Our 2009 Announcement:

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of First Transdimensional Bank, having opened our first branch in the Milky Way galaxy in August 2008 in beautiful downtown Black Rock City, consider our branch to have been a success;

WHEREAS, in August 2009, Black Rock City will embrace the universal and ineluctable principle of EVOLUTION;

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that by unanimous consent of the Board of Directors, we, too, have evolved to become First Transdimensional Bank and Church.

First Transdimensional Bank and Church (FTBC) seeks to elevate our philosophy of antecommercialism and counterprofitability to the status of theological truth.
